Facebook Groups Close to the Front National

What relations do Facebook groups close to the Front National have with the party as an organization? This article nuances the image of party expression split between militant groups with uncontrollable discourses, on the one hand, and the party officials and elected representatives, with their smooth talking, on the other. Based on a study of 158 of these groups and some of their promoters, the authors of this article show that there is relative continuity between the militant grass-roots, from which emerges a set of small political entrepreneurs that the party refuses to incorporate, and elected representatives at a higher level.
