I, WE, GAME Constitution of collectives of networked players

This paper shows that the way in which a uniform collective of players is formed tends to verify the saying "birds of a feather flock together". Although the population of players is fairly homogeneous from the outset, it is through the game itself and the forum that the group's own language and the norms governing it are gradually learned. Finally, the juxtaposition of means of communication enables partners in the game to sort and select relations in the group, so that some become more personal.
